Albert Di Gallo was 7 years old when he first began his career as a Barber in his home town, vast, Italy. Jump forward a scanty years and Albert and his family have moved to Perth, Australia where Salon Express beginning began. Albert saw a gap in the market for express hair services at the uppermost quality with a no appointments necessary’ approach. He opened his first salon at the Midland Markets as he couldn’t yet afford to buy his own salon. Due to excellent service, training and a well established business model, the salon thrived. Albert, along with his family, wife Jan, sons Simon and Adrian and daughters Luisa and Lucia, developed the clever concept into a triumphant franchise model. What started as a passion for delivering express, quality cuts has now evolved into an Australia wide brand that allows healthy, fabulous hair to be accessible and affordable to all.
