Forest Studio is run and owned by Andrew Wright. A highly experienced professional specialising in composition, production, mixing and recording with independent artists and for the advertising industry.
Andrew is a multi award winner in both industries and has over 20 years of experience with a huge clientele base including a range of awesome local artists such as Safe Sex, T.Soko and Sun City and agencies like Marketforce, Brand Agency, Meerkats, Longtail and many more.
The studio ethic and name is based on two simple concepts about forests. You can either get lost in the forest, and submerse yourself in a world of free flowing ideas and creativity or, if you get a little too lost, you can be guided and set on the right path through the forest to realise your music or projects full potential.
Forest is equipped with the best of both analogue and digital tools. Including a software library that borders on obsession, driven by a lust for knowledge of new techniques and the latest technology plus a carefully chosen selection of microphones, outboard processing & instruments.
The new studio in Subiaco sees Andrew return to the very convenient suburb with a new work space that is both aesthetically and sonically fantastic.
