Structure Planning is in place and subdivision is proceeding with approaching 50 homes now developed. Master plan provided town planning services involving extensive negotiations with the City of Mandurah to evolve the last design and secure development approval. The process included preparation of a Detailed Area Plan to enable the preferred development to proceed. The plan featured an exciting mixed use coastal village, a wide variety of housing product and innovative design responses to the land form and to maximize sustainable design responses. The Outline Development Plan was prepared to yield that vision and guidance for the continuing evolvement of the area. Master plan provided the Outline Development plan, Subdivision plan and latter Detailed Area plans to secure approval for cottage lots in a location where they had previously not been available, and also provided the superior solution for the developer and the environment (conservation category wetland on the site). An imperative component of the project was the preparation of the Detailed Area Plan to guide future built form, in exceptional in the lane way and grouped housing lots. Master plan has been the Planning Consultant for the rezoning and ultimate development of a major fresh mixed use and residential intricate at a strategically located infill site in Manning. This has involved detailed water management, fire planning and acoustic investigations and has included the preparation of a detailed Subdivision Guide plan to guided the coming subdivision of the site. Master plan was happy to secure planning approval for this exciting project. Master plan was responsible for the lifting of the urban deferment of Pike road through a reporting and concept design process that ensured coming lots would integrate with the surrounding rural residential lots while also making the most of the sites topography and zoning sympathetically towards the high demand for residential land in the region. The Master Plan combined responses to existing uses and development with a vision for a tomorrow urban community by establishing guiding themes and core design criteria which were to be implemented via further structure and detailed area planning. The guidelines simplify requirements for planning and development to assist determine appropriate land uses, requirements for that land and concern measures. Located within an area expected to home more than 400,00 people within the after 20 years, the Quadrangle is a strategic business center offering opportunity and growth. Master plan is excited to announce the rezoning approval of this strategic site on Manning Road from Public purposes (telstra) to Residential and Highway commercial. The old Blackmore Primary School is proposed to be developed as an exciting new residential subdivision with maximum retention of important trees, views over parkland and different residential lots. Master plan has overseen the development approval process along with detailed environmental, engineering, acoustic and traffic investigations as segment of the approval parameters, to secure the development approval.
