The Outline Development Plan was prepared to yield that vision and guidance for the continuing evolvement of the area. Master plan provided the Outline Development plan, Subdivision plan and latter Detailed Area plans to secure approval for cottage lots in a location where they had previously not been available, and also provided the superior solution for the developer and the environment (conservation category wetland on the site). An imperative component of the project was the preparation of the Detailed Area Plan to guide future built form, in exceptional in the lane way and grouped housing lots. Master plan has been the Planning Consultant for the rezoning and ultimate development of a major fresh mixed use and residential intricate at a strategically located infill site in Manning.
